What happens if I exceed my ticket limit?
If you approach or exceed your ticket limit, our team will contact you to discuss upgrading to a more suitable plan that accommodates your community’s needs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a fair use policy?
Yes, we maintain a fair use policy for our AI features (including conversation analysis, ticket summaries, and knowledge base updates).
